Before You Get Started
You will need your Meeting Maker Sign-In Name and Meeting Maker Password. These are unique to Meeting Maker and will not be the same as other logins and passwords you may have for email or other things.
You will need to download the appropriate Meeting Maker software for your computer (Mac or PC) from this site:
Windows Client
MAC Client (PowerPC)
MAC Client (Intel)
Note: To find out what version of Mac you are running, select the Apple menu and choose About This Mac. It will tell you whether you are running a PowerPC or Intel based Mac.
To Install Meeting Maker Calendar on a Windows Computer
- Double-click the file named 87_win_client-en.zip to unzip it and click the file Setup.exe. The Meeting Maker Setup dialog box appears.
- Click Next. The Destination Location dialog box appears.
- Select the desired location, and click Next.
- If a previous version of Meeting Maker exists on your computer, the Local Data Options dialog box appears. Select from these options:
- Move local Meeting Maker database – Creates local data backup
- Delete local Meeting Maker data – Deletes local data
- Do not move or delete Meeting Maker local data – Overwrites local data with current Meeting Maker server data at sign in.
- Select the readme and auto-launch settings, and click Finish.
- Depending on the auto-launch settings, Meeting Maker Calendar may launch, or it may display the readme file or the Getting Started Guide.
- Installation is complete
To Install Meeting Maker Calendar on a Macintosh
- Double-click the file 87_osx_client_en.zip to expand it. Open the folder Meeting Maker Calendar and click the Install file. The Meeting Maker Setup dialog box appears.
- Select the desired location, and click Next. The Choose Alias Folder window appears.
- If a previous version of Meeting Maker exists on your computer, the Local Data Options dialog box appears. Select from these options:
- Move local Meeting Maker database – Creates local data backup
- Delete local Meeting Maker data – Deletes local data
- Do not move or delete Meeting Maker local data – Overwrites local data with current Meeting Maker server data at sign in.
- Select the Calendar alias location, and click Install. Meeting Maker installs and creates the desired alias. The Install Complete window appears.
- Select the desired readme and auto-launch settings, and click Done.
- Select the readme and auto-launch settings, and click Finish.
- Depending on the auto-launch settings, Meeting Maker may launch, create a desktop alias, display the readme file, or the Getting Started Guide.
- Installation is complete.
Meeting Maker Client Setup
- From the Welcome To Meeting Maker window, choose Select

- At Protocol, select TCP. Select Network Wide for Zone and Click Configure.

- Enter mm.wustl.edu under Host List: and click OK

- Under Select Server (right hand side of the window) artsci should appear. Select (click) artsci and click Select

- You should now see Server: "artsci" appear on the Welcome to Meeting Maker window. You should also be able to enter your username and password and log into your Meeting Maker calendar
