Delete Files Using Horde Mail

  1. Open Horde
  2. In your Inbox, click on "Size" in the right column. This will sort your messages from largest to smallest. Clicking Size again will sort mail from smallest to largest.
  3. Download attachments from the largest email messages.
  4. Select those messages and click "Delete" (in the top left corner) to mark them for deletion.
  5. Messages are not actually deleted from your account until you click "Purge Deleted" (just above the size column).
  6. Expand Inbox in the left menu to see your other mail folders.
  7. Select sent-mail and sort and delete messages as described above.
  8. Continue this procedure with all of your mail folders.
  9. Click "Purge Deleted" again to permanently delete the messages with large attachments from your account.
