Upgrade Meeting Maker

Audience:

Arts & Sciences Computing will perform an update to Meeting Maker on
Monday, May 19th, 2008

If you are logged into Meeting Maker at that time, you will be able to
see your current calendar, however you will not be be able to save any
changes made to the server during this time.

Here is how your local upgrade process will work:
1. You will open the Meeting Maker client as usual
2. Meeting Maker will notify you that your current version is not
compatible with the server and needs to be upgraded. Click "Yes" to
continue and follow the on-screen prompts.
It will take about 5 minutes for the new client to download and install.
The first time you open the new version, you will be prompted to log in.
Your appointments and other data will be there when you begin using the
updated version

You may reinstall your Meeting Client software if the upgrade fails to complete properly on
your computer. Click here for instructions
