Windows XP: In PowerPoint, you can designate the number of slides to print on a single page.

1. Go to the File menu and choose Print.
   
2. In the bottom left of the Print window that opens, you will see a pull down menu under the words Print What. Choose Handouts.
3. The default setting is 6 slides per page.

Mac OS X

1. Go to the File menu and choose Print.
   
2. Change the pulldown menu that reads "Copies and Pages" to "Microsoft PowerPoint."
3. You will see a pull down menu next to the words Print What. Choose Handouts based on the number of slides you want per page.
