The ArtSci server is shared by over 11,000 faculty, students and staff. To ensure that this limited resource is shared evenly, we set a space limit of 500 MB on A&S student accounts.

If your account is over the 500 MB space limit, we ask you to reduce the size of your account within 9 days.

1. Go to http://artsci.wustl.edu/ssh (this will open a new window in your browser)
2. Follow the instructions and log into your ArtSci account
3. For the total size of your account, type: checkartsci
4. For the size of your inbox, type: mailsize
5. For the individual size of each directory or file in your account, type: du -k * | sort -n
