Meeting Maker is a group scheduling tool that makes it easy to schedule meetings, plan activities, keep a prioritized to-do list, and coordinate your calendar with other Meeting Maker users on a network.
The Meeting Maker Client works on Windows and Mac OS X computers, and can be used from on or off campus.
Arts & Sciences Computing makes Meeting Maker available to all departments in Arts & Sciences. However, not every department chooses to purchase licenses. Each license costs a one time fee of $65 and $18-$25 per year maintenance. The $65 fee entitles access to 1 user and 1 resource.
Meeting Maker is a client-server software application. It requires one workstation to function as a Meeting Maker Server which handles communications among Clients (workstations). The server stores Meeting Maker data for all users, processes Meeting Maker tasks, and sends notifications and messages among users.
**Arts & Sciences Computing will perform an update to Meeting Maker on Monday, May 19th, 2008
