Print in Arts & Sciences Computer Labs

Effective Fall Semester 2009:

  • A pay-for-print policy will be implemented.  Students will begin the year with a $3.00 printing credit which translates to 100 double-sided pages, 75 single-sided pages or 12 color pages.
  • The number of printers in the Computing Center in Eads Hall will be increased.
  • There will be no restrictions on what may be printed. 
  • Patrons will use their WUSTL key to sign in and WU Campus Card to pay for printouts.

Charges for printing:

One-sided Printing: 4 cents per sheet.
Two-sided Printing: 6 cents per sheet.
Color printing: 25 cents per sheet.

Follow these steps to print from any computer in the labs:

  1. Choose File->Print
  2. A pop-up PaperCut window will open. Enter your WUSTL key credentials.

  3. A PaperCut window will open showing your available printing balance and how much the current printout will cost.

  4. Press OK to send the document to the printer and charge your PaperCut account or press Cancel to cancel.
