LISTSERV List Request

Please fill out all of the fields below to request a LISTSERV mailing list on artsci. All of the entries are required. Please use an artsci email address for the owner when possible.

Once submitted, the information on this form will be used to generate your LISTSERV list. When the list has been created, an e-mail message will be sent to the list owner's address with instructions on setting up a password for access to web-based list management tools. Further configuration of the list, subscriptions, deletion of subscribers, and changes to the list set-up should be made by the list owner via the web interface.
